Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 200g Spaghetti
  • 100g Pancetta
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Fry pancetta until crispy.
  3. Mix eggs and cheese in a bowl.
  4. Combine pasta with pancetta, then mix with the egg mixture.
  5. Season with black pepper and serve.
